Description

Backing Plate for the Helmet Securing system by Zamp Racing. This backing plate is the threaded securing plate for all Z-tech helmet anchoring systems, and is the backing plate that fits on the interior of the helmet.

This backing plate is pre-threaded with an M6-1.0 insert, and fits between the helmet shell and the padding to help thread in the post screws for the Z-Tech anchors. Each backing plate is sold separately (the picture simply shows both sides of the plate), and (2) are necessary for securing the Z-Tech head and neck restraint to the helmet.
